Return service regulations

The purchase cancellation is a service offered to customers of P-Novelty Shop SRL, a limited liability company, organized under Romanian law, headquartered in Jabar, Timis County, no. 99, Com. Boldur, registered with the Trade Register under no. J35/657/2021, fiscal registration number RO43745859.

 

Through this service, Gadgetry customers can return products purchased from www.gadgetry.ro within 14 calendar days, according to the Terms and Conditions of Return provided in these Regulations.

Customers who cancel the purchase, requesting the return of a product, will comply with the rules of these Regulations, accepting them in their entirety.

 

P-Novelty Shop SRL customers are the direct beneficiaries of this service.

These can be individuals or legal entities who have purchased products from www.gadgetry.ro, being the holders of the invoice or tax receipt (individuals) or the representatives of the legal entity holding the GADGETRY tax invoice.

 

How can you return products purchased from GADGETRY?

Products purchased from www.gadgetry.ro can be returned within 14 calendar days:

by completing the Return Form displayed on the site in the Quick Access section -> https://flexreturnapp.com/s/gadgetrymag or

unequivocal statement in which the buyer expresses his decision to withdraw from the contract, the receipt of which will be confirmed (paper, email or fax).

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The original shipping cost will not be refunded.

 

The 14 calendar day period is calculated:

from the date of delivery of the product if the product was purchased from www.gadgetry.ro; in the case of an order containing multiple products, the 14 calendar day period is calculated from the date of delivery of the last product in the order.

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract without having to justify the decision and without incurring any other costs.

According to Directive 2011/83/EU, point (47) of the presentation: in order to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, the consumer should handle and inspect them in the same way as he would be allowed to do so in a shop.

You are responsible for any possible diminution in the value of the products, if, following verification of the conformity, properties and functionality of the products, it is proven that this devaluation was caused by improper handling by you.

 

Conditions regarding the returned product

It is recommended that the returned product be in the same condition in which it was purchased or delivered:

Have all components, accessories, including user manual and warranty certificates;

The product must be returned safely, as much as possible in the original packaging to avoid damage during handling and/or transport.

 

Products that are not accepted for return

Sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed by the consumer, regardless of whether or not they have been used after unsealing (e.g. toothbrush refills, in-ear headphones, cosmetics);

Sealed audio or video recordings or sealed computer programs that have been unsealed after delivery;

Personal care products that have been unsealed (razors, epilators, hair clippers, body care appliances, toothbrushes, oral irrigators, rotary brushes, thermometers);

Products that show physical changes, blows, chips, scratches, mechanical or electrical shocks. Products that show physical changes, blows, chips, scratches, shocks, traces of excessive use and/or unauthorized interventions, etc. are not accepted for return.

Software, unsealed licenses (Operating systems, applications, etc.), unsealed games;

Unsealed cartridges, toners that are presented unsealed for return;

Printers/multifunction devices/fax machines that have unsealed cartridges/toners;

Products brought on firm special orders for which advance payment was required;

The provision of digital content that is not delivered on a material medium, if the provision has begun with the express prior consent of the Buyer and after the Buyer has confirmed that he has become aware of the fact that he will lose his right of withdrawal;

Screen protectors (phones, tablets, eBook readers, laptops, etc.) that have already been used;

Products from which operating systems or other software programs existing at purchase have been uninstalled or if the products have activated OEM licenses;

Batteries, regular light bulbs, halogen bulbs (removed from the original box);

If multiple products of the same model were purchased, returns are only accepted if only one has been unsealed or unpacked;

If a product from a promotional package is returned, the difference between the base price and the promotional price of the returned product will be refunded.

 

Products that are accepted for return under certain conditions:

small household appliances that have been used and are sent cleaned, sanitized and odor-free for return ( smart bins , vacuum cleaners, food processors, mixers, mincers, cooking appliances, blenders , fruit juicers, irons and ironing stations, coffee makers);

large household appliances that have been used and are brought cleaned, sanitized and odor-free for return (refrigerators, cooking appliances, washing machines, clothes dryers, hoods);

 

Exercise of the right of withdrawal

The consumer informs GADGETRY of the decision to withdraw from the contract by completing the Return Form available on the site.

For products for which the return request was made through the Return Form on the site, the buyer will receive a registration number and details regarding the submitted request by e-mail. Communication with the customer will be made in writing to the e-mail address with which the initial order was made. The amount related to the return will be returned by transfer to a bank account, when the customer paid by payment order, by iTransfer or in cash.

 

 

How long will it take for us to refund the amount for the return?

The refund will be made no later than 5 days from the date on which GADGETRY takes possession of the returned product,.

The day on which the consumer exercises his right of withdrawal from the contract will not be taken into account when calculating the term, and if the last day of the term is a non-working day, GADGETRY will extend the term accordingly.

 

Processing of personal data for the purpose of returning goods

If there are no non-conformities and the products meet all the return conditions mentioned above, GADGETRY employees will proceed to prepare the applicable financial-accounting documents, in accordance with the legal provisions (return/advance invoice, compensation order, payment order, receipt). The data necessary to prepare the above-mentioned documents refer to: name, surname, domicile, series and no. CI, bank account, as applicable. We will use personal data for the purpose of preparing financial-accounting documents, in accordance with the legal provisions in force. If you do not wish to provide this data, returning the products is not possible even if they fall within the return conditions presented above, since we cannot comply with tax legislation.

 

GADGETRY may refuse to cooperate with consumers who have abused their right to withdraw from the purchase. Notification will be made prior to imposing restrictions on the sale of products or services.
